 I have just returned from a 10 day tour of Kashmir and the Golden Triangle for a private group of 6. From the moment I chose Vibrant India Tours as our agent it has been a great experience. They tailored the trip to our requirements, selected fabulous places to stay and ensured we were looked after every step of the way. We had a few hiccoughs with the monsoon and needed some help with rebooking flights, etc. Karam and his team worked til late on a Sunday night fixing everything for us. Real 5* service. Each of the guides we had was a friendly professional who had deep knowledge of the sights we were experiencing. We also had a private cooking experience with the family of Guarav, the Jaipur-based principal of the business, which was fantastic. He also hunted for some handicrafts and other things we wanted, all with the courtesy and speed that comes with a strong sense of customer service. If you are heading to India, which I thoroughly recommend, it would be hard to beat the service from Vibrant India Tours.  We had the most wonderful time in India with Vibrant India tours. Karam went above and beyond to help us put together a personalised itinerary, and then again worked so hard to reorganise our itinerary after a last minute change on our behalf.  I highly recommend Vibrant India Tours, who we engaged for a 2 week honeymoon in Rajasthan. They arranged an amazing itinerary which had so much variety, from the popular sites to the less well known, off the beaten track places. From bike riding and yoga to train rides and leopard safaris, the trip had it all. They also have people on the ground in India to help 24/7 and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Absolutely superb service and knowledge - you can’t go wrong! And the value for money compared to other companies was simply exceptional!! And a very special shout out to Jitendra Singh (Jitu) our driver - who is was incredible from the very start of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better person, driver and more importantly, a great friend.  This was our first time we used Vibrant India Tours and our first ever visit to India and it won’t be our last. From the first day we arrived in New Delhi, our guide Gaurav and our excellent Driver, Ram had everything in hand, nothing was any trouble for them to sort out or organise. The communication between Karam in Australia and Gaurav in India was second to one. They even checked in for our internal flights for us and sent us our boarding pass.
The different guides in each city certainly made it a holiday to remember as they were very knowledgeable with the history of the places we visited. Our driver, Ram, who was with us from the first day in New Delhi until we boarded our plane to Mumbai (14 days) was just amazing. Seeing the way the traffic is and the way he manoeuvred the bus in that traffic and kept us safe, was just superb. He was always on time and nothing was ever any trouble. As far as we were concerned he was just excellent. As far as The cities that we visited in Rajasthan-Golden Triangle, Delhi, Mumbai and Agra were absolutely amazing from start to finish, it was a full on tour and some days the driving was long but there was so much to see. I just wish we had more time in each city as one day just wasn’t it enough. There was so much to experience and not enough time. Next time….. The hotels we stayed in were all superb, especially in Udaipur, on the Lake and Jaisalmer. It truly was wonderful experience and I can't thank Karam and Belinda from Vibrant India Tours and everybody involved, enough for making it the most memorable time, we will recommend Vibrant to our Family and Friends and I will be booking again for India when the time comes.  I have just returned from a 13night/12day tour of Southern India covering the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The team at Vibrant India tours both in Australia (Karam and Belinda) and India (Gurav) were outstanding in their professionalism, attention to detail and organisation. Karam and Belinda were wonderful to coordinate with. They took the time to tailor-make the tour for me, my main interests being the culture and history in the south. The tour was extremely well organised and professionally planned by Karam and he was quick to respond to any queries. Once in India, I was well looked after by my driver, Ooni, who was amazing dealing with the chaos of Indian traffic and never-ending road works. All the city tour guides were highly knowledgeable. Karam maintained good communication via WhatsApp in India.
Apart from the incredible temples, palaces and a fort in Tamil Nadu, highlights in Kerala were a wildlife boat ride in a national park, tea plantation (hill station), spice garden, and an overnight cruise on my premium houseboat at Alleppey through the Kerala backwaters. The 2 staff on the Divine were excellent and the food was varied and delicious.
All the hotels were comfortable, convenient with great breakfasts and excellent service at reception

 Vibrant India Tours are amazing to work with. I have special requirements due to health issues, they listened to all my needs and requests and tailored a trip for me. (based on one of their standard tours.)
Every detail driver, guides, sights I wished to see, hotels and more were perfect for me.
They were available for me at any time while I was touring as well, not that I needed contact often, but the once or twice I had a question, they responded almost immediately.

The tour was extremely well organised and professionally planned and personalised for just the two of us by Karam. Once in India, we were well looked after by our driver and all our tour guides were highly knowledgeable. Karam and his team maintained good communication with us throughout the trip in India. An absolute highlight was celebrating Holi festival in a local village which was authentic and great fun. All the sites we visited were important and worthwhile.

 I had a wonderful 2 weeks touring Nth India, Vibrant India tours (Karam) arranged a magnificent itinerary with superb hotels, tour guides and a wonderful driver Akshay. Highlights include, visit to Taj Mahal (Agra), snake charmers & Amber palace (Jaipur), Mandawa was full of history ( Kothi Hotel was great). My train trip from Dehli, through Kalka to Shimla was awesome, loved Manali & Dharamshala and finished in Amritsar, which had the golden temple and the border ceremony as unbelievable highlights. The people and culture of India was worth the visit alone, with visits to forts, palaces, stepwells, festivals being special.  We had intentions to visit India and planned to put together our own itinerary however, we quickly realised how difficult that would be to organize for our young family. Thankfully, some Googling led us to Vibrant India Tours online. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to see and after speaking with Karam, him and his team were then able to put those pieces together for us. There were some initial nerves due to the fact that we only had the Google reviews and an emailed itinerary to go by but Karam reassured us throughout and made himself available to us whenever we required, in the lead up to our trip (and during, with contacts in Jaipur). The level of detail and care that went into the organization of the itinerary was more than we could have ever imagined. My wife injured her knee 2 weeks prior to us leaving and Karam and Gaurav (our Jaipur operator) were able to amend our plans at the drop of a hat - wheelchairs and hands-on assistance were pre-organised without issue. The tour itself, was amazing and something we will look back on for years to come. Highlights included staying in an preserved haweli (Vivaana Cultural Hotel) in the small town of Mandawa, visiting the vastly stunning Amer Fort in Jaipur, our entire stay in Kerela - particularly the tea plantations surrounding Munnar, the beach in Marari and the martial arts show in Thekkady. The food was insanely delicious, all hospitality staff were very courteous and professional. Our tour guides and drivers, again particularly Raj in Kerela, were exceptional. It's not a negative, but worth mentioning that some accommodation we visited in Kerela (although beautiful) wasn't licenced to serve alcohol. If required, our driver was very obliging and assisted us in this department on the odd occasion. Furthermore, for beer drinkers out there, make sure you differentiate between Kingfisher Premium (white label) and Kingfisher Strong (red label), the former being the better of the two. All in all, would highly recommend this service for any young family, couple, group of friends, anyone who wants to get a real taste of true Indian experience - we'll definitely look back on this experience with very fond memories. ...Read More

From the moment we started planning they handled everything, from the information pack, including evisa instructions and all we needed to know. Karam in Australia and Gaurav in India, answered any question we had. Would like to specially mention our tour driver ram Kumar Singh who was so considerate and attentive to our needs (examples include: constantly having watter bottles in the car and escorting us around laxman jhulla bridge in rishikesh during the peak chardham season ). In the planning stages of this trip they were very responsive to our wishes and suggestions, arranging an itinerary specifically to meet our needs.  I really like their promptness in their emails and calls. They are very patient and answer every question you may have about hotels, cars and destinations. The prices are affordable, however I found them easy to negotiate with. The Advisor made all the arrangements for me. In the next few days I went to see some very well known places in Delhi, Jaipur & Agra. Akshardham Temple, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Taj Mahal, Hawa Mahal & Amber Palace, all of which are the finest example of arts and craft. The journey was superb, because I had a very nice driver. In my case I started looking at package tour products available locally in Australia but none allowed me Christmas day at home or got me back to Sydney for my return to work.  It was a trip to Rajasthan state of India, a northern deserted state but still there are plenty of places you can go and see the beauty of. Before booking this trip, I only had a thought that I will enjoy camping in desert at night and camel rides in evening. But the team proved me wrong and guided me to travel and experience the most luxurious palaces over there. They showed me a list of places in the entire state after which I decided to have a call with them personally. The manager of the company Gaurav acknowledged my concerns and provided me information about everything in detail. Considering the number of places to visit and the time it will take to travel back and forth, Gaurav helped me in booking a long tour of 13 days with him. The tour started with a warm welcome on our arrival day and the story remained same during next 13 days. The entire team is very supportive. They were easy to communicate with and I found them very friendly yet professional. They took me to some of the finest places on earth. The weather and climate was awesome that made the trip really unforgettable. Amer Fort, Jaisalmer Fort, HawaMahal and City Palace were quite stunning sites. Every other site was exciting too.
I was asked to choose the places that I would like to visit from a list and that was something I had never experienced in other company services. I was allowed to choose the hotels as per my taste and rooms as well. The driver was reliable and English spoken. The guides in different cities of Rajasthan were experienced too and give me the opportunity to visit a few houses in local. I never took the lunch in hotel and it was my choice.  It was a wonderful and memorable experience for me and my kids. My kids just loved the way how Gaurav treated them. He is very cool and very friendly. He was the tour manager for us and to give us an extra mile of comfort he joined us as our tour guide for that day. We booked a one day trip with him and the only thing we were interested in was TajMahal. So after picking us from our hotel in Delhi we moved straight towards Agra where the Taj is situated.  I am very pleased with the standards shown. The staff is very supportive and you could really rely on them. My tour ended in 7 days and they took me to so many amazing places in the state of Rajasthan. Indeed, it was a royal tour as I had many visits to famous tombs and palaces those were built by earlier kings ruled this state a long time ago.  We are writing this 1/2 way through a 29 day tour of India. We began in the North ending our stay in the South. We were very excited to visit. My husband, with the dedicated Gaurav put together the perfect trip of us. We enjoy food, history and the different cultures when we travel. I must admit Gaurav was spot on.
Our travels were with an exceptional guide and driver, Dinesh Misri! He spent aprox 2 weeks with us. He became a friend in a very short time, sharing of his knowledge and personal experiences. His English was very good. He always made great recommendations to add to the experience of each day. He took great pride in his always clean car and professional dress. At always on time!!!
Who gives a cell phone so they can be reached 24/7!!! Dinesh We never had to use it because he was always informed of any changes at all times. Gaurav and he were always one step ahead!

 It was my luxurious holiday in India and was perfectly planned. They have well maintained cars with skilled and experienced drivers. They designed our travel plan so well that we were able to enjoy every moment of our holiday with delight. Jaipur is fabulous and The Taj was awesome. It was a service with perfection. They allowed us to visit villages, local families and live their life by spending a day with them. My friends really liked the atmosphere created by Gaurav himself. My friends had visited india before but they were also amazed to see the places which they never had seen before. It was a long tour but we had flexible breakups to relax and to have a walking tour though the local streets.  I just came back from India after a long trip. It was a special trip as I visited almost every part of it. India is truly diversified by its cultural and you start loving it more when you travel from one place to another. I was joined by Guarav when I moved to northern region on the country. He runs a tour operating company and especially organizes tours for Jaipur & Rajasthan. I am really overwhelmed with the hospitality and welcome shown by Gaurav and his team.  It was an excellent experience to see the back waters. The natural scenery, the various birds were an added bonus. I can highly recommend this company to any visitor who wants to experience the back waters in Kerala.  It was a perfect holiday for us. I moved to kerala after having a decent trip in North India and with an excitement to see the wildlife of Southern India Forests. The dream turned reality when I booked a trip. They took me in to the vast jungle on a jeep safari to the Periyar National Park. It is famous for wild elephants and yes they were wild. I saw a group of elephants crossing a pond along with a baby elephant. You will find many other creatures in the park as well. It was an amazing trip and didn’t cost too much.  It was a really great experience and I will never forget it. I recently went to India to do the trip of my life. India is a very unique & colorful country and Pan India helped me to discover & enjoy it fully! I went to South India with Aurangabad and ended my tour in Delhi! The driver Mr. Ajim was excellent. Always ready and willing and able. His driving skills were excellent and as he became more comfortable with his English which was very good, we had many conversations along the road. He was animated and engaging and a true joy. All guides on this segment were truly very good. I would suggest that the best was Mr. Ravi whom I met for the segment regarding Ajanta and Ellora. He took much effort in explaining his substantial knowledge of the paintings and culture that we encountered. It was a pleasure considering the various influences of Greek philosophy that might be represented here. Moreover, Mr. Nafaj who was the guide at Aihole and Pattakale as well as Bijapur was excellent too. He invited me to his home to share lunch, I saw the interior of his family house and the traditional cooking methods, as well as people living in the village amidst ruins that have not been reclaimed for restoration. It was most informative to see how these urins were and are used in the reality of village life. Mr. Nafaj at Hassan gave much effort in his explanation of Jain religion as well as taking me to less well known temples and asking the priest to open the sanctum and give a puja for us while I was present. His sharing manner and knowledge was excellent. Mr. Jaies in Mysore was also very well informed and gave me an excellent introduction to Hoysala art formulations and iconography. Two days was certainly necessary to cover all the information and gain a reasonable understanding of this area and he did a very good job. The scheduling was excellent and very well. It gave me time to absorb information in various places and because some for the guides helped me on consecutive days, I had the chance to continue questions that came to me over the course of the night.  There were absolutely no inconveniences or disappointments during the tour. Every time I encountered a Tours executive, I had a sense of relief even though everyone else was professional and excellent in every way, there was still a sense of being with family where I could engage and learn and be excited. On a final note, my time with Mr. Rajesh (please forgive me messing up the name if i did) and Mr. Amit was amazing. We went beyond tourists and tombs and discovered again the village that makes Delhi so confounding and amazing. While visiting different monuments that had not been possible at other times, we also hunted social help organizations. I truly believe India is a fascinating, deep, and important world of many facets that we all need to come to some understanding about as it emerges as one of the great powers and economic and cultural world influences.
