Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi, Welcome to Incredible India
Upon arrival, you will be greeted & assisted by our representative at Delhi international airport and later transferred to your hotel to check in. Overnight: ITC Welcome Hotel, Dwarka or similar
Day 2 Delightful Tour of Old & New Delhi
Your day would begin after a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, you get yourself ready for a personalized guide tour of Old and New Delhi.  The first halt is Jama Masjid and Red Fort. Then the guide will arrange a cycle rickshaw tour, which will let you catch a closer insight of old era and the very illustrious Anarkali Bazaar of Chandni Chowk. At Chandni Chowk, we would further take you to Khari Baoli Spice Market – the largest spice market of Asia, which is a true delight for eyes. Afterwards, you will visit the Humayun’s Tomb and the 12th century Qutab Minar. Later, visit Raj Ghat (where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated), India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan, the palace-like building home to the President of India. Finish your day by visiting the Lotus Temple. It is a spiritually enriching experience. Overnight: ITC Welcome Hotel, Dwarka or similar Breakfast
Day 3 Delhi - Jaipur
After breakfast, drive towards Pink City, Jaipur. You will reach the Jaipur by afternoon. Have a relaxing afternoon. In the evening, visit a mock village called ‘Chokhi Dhani’, which is a perfect mirror to the Rajasthani culture, food, traditions and heritage. The name Chokhi Dhani literally translates to Rajasthani Culture. Overnight: ITC Rajputana/Hilton/Oberoi Trident/Radisson City Centre or similar Breakfast Dinner
Day 4 Jaipur, The Pink City Tour
Enthralling, historical Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital, is the gateway to India’s most flamboyant state, Rajasthan.  Since the color pink was symbolic of hospitality, Maharaja Ram Singh of Jaipur painted the entire city pink. The pink that colors the city makes for a marvelous spectacle to behold. The morning is fresh as ever for you, and this is when you will have an excursion to Amer Fort. This palace is laid out over four layers and sits beside the shimmering Maota Lake.  Afterwards stop for picture at the Maharaja's City Palace (the home of the erstwhile royal family), Hawa Mahal (the Palace of winds) and visit the UNESCO-listed Jantar Mantar space observatory. Overnight: ITC Rajputana/Hilton/Oberoi Trident/Radisson City Centre or similar Breakfast
Day 5 Jaipur - Chand Baori Stepwell - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive towards the Chand Baori stepwell built over a thousand years ago in the Abhaneri village of Rajasthan. It is one of the largest stepwells in the world and one of the most beautiful ones. Later, drive towards Fatehpur Sikri-a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a perfectly preserved red sandstone ghost town, which was once the capital of Mughal Empire built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed.  Afterwards, take a road trip to Agra – the Old Capital of Mughals.
On arrival in Agra, check in to your hotel. Make the overnight stay in your hotel room a memoir of the events of which you were the part. Overnight: Clarks Shiraz or similar Breakfast
Day 6 Agra. Taj Mahal Sunrise Visit
At dawn, visit the incomparable Taj Mahal – one of the seven wonders of the world and symbol of love, to observe the effects caused by the reflections of the changing colors of the rising Sun on this masterpiece. This momentary reflection of romance will captivate your heart by awe.  Return back to your hotel for a delectable breakfast, while a part of you is still living in romanticism. After breakfast, visit the Agra Fort - a UNESCO world heritage site.
Day 6 Overnight Sleeper Train To Varanasi
After early dinner, we will transfer you to the station to board an overnight train to Varanasi. Get a unique slice of Indian life on board an overnight sleeper train bound for Varanasi.  Agra to Varanasi Domestic Train - A/C First Class - Sleeper Berth Booking Note: Each cabin has 4 sleeper berths Overnight: Sleeper Train Breakfast Dinner
Day 7 Varanasi, Morning Boat Ride
You will be welcomed and assisted at Varanasi station and after breakfast, visit the Ghats of Holy River Ganges to take an early morning boat ride along the Ganges River, as we explore the city. The Ganges is a constant hive of activity throughout the day, as hordes of people come to pray and immerse themselves in its spiritually cleansing waters.  Later you will transferred to your hotel to check in. Have a relaxing afternoon.
Day 7 Evening Ganges Aarti
Evening As night falls, we head to the holy Ganges River to witness the sprawling Aarti possession, a devotional Hindu ritual which involves numerous small candles being lit inside cups made from leaves and flowers and floated down the river – an unforgettable experience. Overnight: Taj Ganges or similar Breakfast
Day 8 Varanasi - Delhi by Flight
After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and you will be transferred to Varanasi airport for your flight to Delhi.  On arrival, you will be assisted at the Delhi airport and transferred to your Hotel.
Day 8 Dilli Haat Market
In the evening we will take you to Sarojini Nagar, where Dilli Haat Market is located. It gives the feel of a traditional weekly village market (called a haat) and offers cultural performances and Indian cuisine as well. Overnight: ITC Welcome, Dwarka or similar Breakfast
Day 9 Delhi Departure
This Morning after breakfast checkout from your hotel and at appropriate time you will be transferred to Delhi international airport for your onward journey.  Board your flight and fly back with memories to cherish for life. Tour ends. Breakfast

Cancellation Policy - Group Tour Packages
  • Note: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with covid related disruption cover.
  • Vibrant India Tours Group Tour packages are non-refundable. 
  • If your Tour package is affected by Covid-19 related travel restrictions and you are unable to travel, you will receive a free date change (credit that is specific to your original package and purchase value) less any non-recoverable supplier fees.

  • Note: International and domestic airline tickets and train tickets are subject to respective airline and train operators policies for booking, rebooking and cancellation.

Passport Validity: 
Customers are required to provide valid passport details either at the time of purchase or no later than 45 days prior to the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. In this instance, customers will be responsible for any costs and fees incurred. Luggage: 
You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to luggage, you must carry your own luggage from the coach to the hotel room and back to the coach. The driver will assist with the uploading and off-loading of the luggage from the coach.
 
Fitness Level Required / Mobility: 
Our vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair access, so, unfortunately, our tours are currently not suitable for wheelchair users and those less mobile.
Please note: a general level of fitness will be required. If you have any concerns please consult your healthcare provider prior to purchase/travel. Sightseeing: 
Please note: In the event that entrance to a site is affected by changes in operating hours or public holiday closures, your itinerary where possible, will be adjusted or similar activity will be offered in its place (subject to availability).
 
Shopping: 
Shopping overseas can be a daunting and confusing experience, especially when there is a language barrier. Please be very cautious when foreign currencies and prices are involved. If paying by credit card, please pay close attention to the amount you are being charged and keep all of your receipts.
Do not make any purchases you are not comfortable with or feel pressured into. If you are uncertain or need assistance with the language barrier, please seek assistance from your Tour Guide/Leader. Voluntary Changes 

This includes booking changes requested by you, including but not limited to those changes requiring an airline ticket or a Purchase Confirmation reissue.

Name Changes Due To Passenger Error 
• If the incorrect name has been advised to Vibrant India Tours, charges of $100.00 per booking + any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers. Meals:  10 meals are included in the tour, for all other meals; lunches and dinners the tour leader (when available) will offer assistance with reservations, suggestions and directions to local restaurants. It is your responsibility to notify Vibrant India Tours of any dietary requests/requirements.

 May is the hottest month with an average temperature of 33°C and the coldest is January at 15°C with the most daily sunshine hours in November. The wettest month is August with an average of 227mm of rain.
